  7. I finished off 3 weeks of the Atkins diet with 2 pieces of birthday cake.

  1. Wow, those were some interesting facts! So, you’re done with Adkins now for a bit? I hope you liked it. We have the same personality! Rare. 🙂 Thanks so much for the nom and congrats on the award yourself.

    • I liked the Atkins diet, but with mom’s birthday cake (it would be rude to refuse! 😉 and I need to go away for a few days, which makes eating a challenge, it’s just as easy to scrap it and start over when I get back. I’ll have to do induction again, which sucks but it will be easier this way, I think. INFJ is rare, but have you noticed that a lot of bloggers seem to be INFJs? It’s interesting!

      • oh…. well that doesn’t sound fair. maybe you learned a few good skills to try again more easily next time? it definitely wasn’t the last few things you ate. That didn’t cause it!!!

        • Ugh, I’m totally bloated from eating crap, more that likely. Cake, Carbs and Fast Food. The 5 hour road trip today didn’t help!

I’ll be home Wednesday night, and start fresh on Thursday. That’s my plan!

          • Starts with a plan. Good luck! I know the feeling. I gained at least 4 pounds this weekend from drinking and eating. It will take a week to fix it, if I’m lucky. Might not be the same as what you’re focusing on, but I can understand the climb. I had entire bottle of Jack Daniels myself over 3 days. I try not to drink like that often, but it was just a quiet relaxing weekend. And I needed it!

          • You have so many reasons to celebrate! Glad you had a great weekend 🙂 You deserve to relax after all your hard work.

That being said, if I had a bottle of Jack, I would be sound asleep after 2 drinks. Haha I’ll stick with red wine, thanks!

  2. Great way to end a diet and same with #4. I only drunk coffee in the morning then it’s about two or three cups of cozy tea for the rest of the day. Enjoy your week!

  3. Congratulations Jo-Ann! I’ve yet to take a personality test so I have no idea where I fall yet. What is Reiki?? Sounds cool!

  4. Congrats, lovely!! I’m just getting around to visiting blogs!! You and I are both INFJ’s <3 It all makes so much more sense now why we connected so quickly…and so does Jenn, lol!! Cake is a perfect ending to a diet!! Today is my son’s birthday, and I baked 2 cakes and plan on eating pieces from both!! 🙂 Talk soon!

I love hearing from you! Leave a comment :)
